Our philosophy has evolved considerably over the past 20 years, and continues its development in many parts of UAE, India & China. Rather than formalizing traditional Indian Food, Venkatesh sought to understand the taste of the local Community and changed the taste accordingly. He started creating a mix of Arabic & Indian Dishes which became very popular. Over the years, the food offering has become the star of the restaurant, with bold colors and Asian flavor experiences and popular recipes from around the world.
