Our philosophy has evolved considerably over the past 20 years, and continues its development in many parts of UAE, India & China. Rather than formalizing traditional Indian Food, Venkatesh sought to understand the taste of the local Community and changed the taste accordingly. He started creating a mix of Arabic & Indian Dishes which became very popular.
