Duties
  • - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • - Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • - Manage incoming and outgoing maily
  • - Maintain a tidy reception areay
  • - Schedule appointments and manage calendarsy
  • - Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooksy
  • - Utilise Google Suite for various office tasksy
Skills
  • - Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
