In brief : Our scope of duties include : a) Procuring tenants for vacant apartments. b) Making Tenancy Contracts for the tenants c) Renewal of Tenancy contracts d) Collection of Rent & Refundable Deposit Cheques in the Landlord’s name e) Issuing Receipts for the rents, etc. f) Depositing the rent cheques in the Bank Account as instructed. g) Collection of dues in cash incase of any returned rent cheques h) Collection of dues by law in case of tenant defaults. i) Complying with tenant grievances & complaints. j) Follow-up on building & apartment maintenance. k) Overall inspection on watchman, building cleanliness, etc.
