STANDARD REFUND TERMS
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for annual products.
  • You may request a refund within 7 hours of purchase for monthly products.
  • After 7 days, you may request an in-store credit for any unused time remaining on your annual plan. Unused time will be prorated based on the date of purchase.
  • In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same product.
  • A product must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.
  • All refund requests must include the reason you are asking for a refund.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • Tourism Companies Focused Advertising – before 7 days of purchase
  • Fujtown Trips – before 24 hours of purchase


PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS
  • Fujtown Business Directory Listing: Refund is only applicable for the remaining balance of months not yet consumed.
  • Tourism Companies Focused Advertising: Refund is only applicable for the remaining balance of months not yet consumed.
  • Fujtown Trips: Refund is applicable only within 24 hours after ticket purchase.


Service Auto Renewals:

For one-year renewals, refundable if canceled within 7 days after expiration (not necessarily within 7 days after renewal).
